Product Warranty
1.When Products under normally used, the following services will be offered:
Replacement for functional disorder within 3 months;
Repair free of charge for functional disorder within 1 year;
Service for all the life (only charge material cost and freight if the warranty date expires );
2.The following situation are excluded for warranty service (Repairable if require, but will charge material cost and freight ):
Malfunctions or damages by mistaken installation or using exceeding the product limited operating conditions;
Malfunctions or damages by human disassembled or repair or other misuse;
Spare parts missed, artificial damages;
Unmatched products kits;
3.Repair cycle time
Excluding the shipping dates, the quality Dept will submit the examine report within 3 days and finished repair in a week (quantity less than 50 units); for more quantity, will make the report to client to double check .
